We celebrated Denine's birthday last night. Can you believe we have been together half our life?
Now it is on to a busy weekend. Jordan has orientation at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh Friday evening and all day Saturday. Beth starts her senior year on Monday.

Beth and Kristan...
had there own vendor table at Fleetwood Family Day. They had visitors and some shoppers all day for their knitted hats, hacky sacks, homemade paper and other stuff. By the end of the day they had done even better than they did at Mayfair in Allentown.

Butch and The King's Gospelaires pick and fiddle at the Fleetwood Family Day in Fleetwood Park. The first time event was sponsored by 6 of the local churches and there were 8 local business sponsors. Everyone seemed to have a good time and it was a great way to pull together the local community for a day.

When Perfection Stumbles
Have you ever had a glazed kreme filled Krispy Kreme donut? As I've said before, I am fairly sure that this was the manna collected by the people when Moses was in the desert. Now, Krispy Kreme has introduced these drinks. I'm sorry, but a donut flavored drink does not replace perfection! What is next...a meat flavored donut to fully fight off the Adkins surge?

The Acoustic Road Show on TV
Last evening my buddy Butch invited me over for the live broadcast and taping of The Acoustic Road Show. Andy Usher and The VIH Band were the featured musicians. It was fun to watch. Both Andy and VIH will be playing at The Fleetwood Family Day in Fleetwood Park. Our church is one of seven local churchs and 6 local businesses sponsoring the event. Come on out if you are around! It's August 14 from 10 am to early evening and it is a FREE event.
