The next stop is The Food Network!
For Thanksgiving Denine made a very tasty cranberry chutney that included raisins, walnuts, and an orange. What we did not count on was after it sat overnight it dropped out of the storage container and stood up just like a jello mold! We both burst out laughing. My mom would be proud!
Our Thanksgiving Turkey
By now lots of people have heard about the "magical cooking box" that I ordered last year. The box is a great way to roast pork sholders, chickens, and turkeys. And it's a cool guy thing! I have the little box which is perfect for family use and small gatherings. They even make one big enough to hold an entire pig. It is hard to imagine a better tasting roast turkey!

Ivan comes for a visit
It was great to have Ivan Dean visit from Taiwan this past week. Ivan had been a great friend to me and to our company. The time together is always time well spent. We had several days at the office and we knocked around the area over the weekend.

You can't handle the truth!
I know I use my blog to emphasize the good stuff in life, but I can not stand aside and not gripe a little about what Wal-mart is doing to our country, our manufacturers, and our labor force. Some friends and family think I'm a little crazy for resisting going into a Wal-mart unless I do not have another choice. If you do not understand and you think it can not possible have any effect on you, check this link!
