Could anything be worse than this?

Reuters reports that a South African gang stripped a man naked and then super-glued him to a stationary bike while ransacking his house. Police say the attackers glued the guy's hands, feet and seat to the machine and also decided to seal his lips, which made it impossible to get in a decent workout. The man, in his 50s, was found three hours later when his partner came home.

I had to laugh when I read the part about not being able to get in a decent workout.  I guess if his lips were not sealed he would have been thinking "Oh well, while I'm stuck here...."!  And where is the spongy wonder seat when you need it (an inside joke for my local spinning buddies)!

It's been busy!

Sorry that I have not posted lately.  Lots of life is going on with a business trip to Mexico, a trade show, and spring stuff around home, but I have not had time to post.  More will come later!
