Bethany and college friend, Ashley, came to visit over the weekend. We had a great time together on the boat and hanging out. Sunday afternoon arrived too fast.

The dock guard
We've hired a guard for our dock. Actually it's just the same heron that stands guard every day. Meet "Herbie"...
Morning on the lake
Our move went well and the past few weeks have been busy as we have settled in on Lake Greenwood. Earl, Teresa, and the crew at ID Shop have been wonderful. Everyone has been great welcoming us to the the area. We have found the lake much more relaxing that we could have imagined. This was sunrise this morning from our deck. The deck is great for breakfast or that first coffee. Later in the morning I ventured out to ride with the Greenwood Cycling Club. Beth and a classmate are visiting and we spent the afternoon cruising on the lake.
